You can now purchase additional AI usage directly within Leo. A new balance card shows how much capacity you have left, and a built-in checkout flow lets you top up whenever you need more.

CAD documents now display referenced images
When Leo delivers a CAD-related document, images referenced within that document are now automatically rendered and shown inline.

Better CAD generation quality
The AI model powering Leo's CAD generation has been upgraded, which should produce more accurate and reliable designs.

Desktop app uses less memory
The Leo desktop app now uses your operating system's native file watchers when monitoring local CAD folders, reducing idle memory usage.

Clearer messaging when usage limits are reached
Free and Trial users now see a clear explanation when their usage limit is reached, with the chat input visibly disabled to remove any ambiguity.

Bug Fixes

Onshape links: clear error when a link is unusable
If an Onshape document link can't be accessed (e.g., access was revoked or the link is invalid), Leo now returns a descriptive error instead of a silent failure.

Large documents no longer time out during conversion
Fixed an issue where converting large documents could fail due to an internal timeout that was too short.

Plan upgrade flow now routes correctly
Fixed a case where users attempting to upgrade their plan were directed to a page that couldn't complete the upgrade, rather than a proper checkout.
